RDM-7 Haltech Lead

The lead that plugs your RDM-7 into a Haltech. No adaptor, no wiring.

How it connects

The RDM-7 comes with a 20 cm lead ending in a female DTM-4 Style plug. This lead has a male DTM-4 Style plug at both ends. One end joins the dash lead. The other plugs into a spare DTM-4 CAN port on your Haltech Elite or Nexus. Pick the Haltech preset on the dash and the data is there.

Which length?

Measure from the Haltech's CAN port to where the dash will sit, and take the shortest one that reaches. CAN is happiest on short runs.

• 1 m. ECU under the dash or in the footwell.
• 2 m. ECU further back, or a longer route around the cabin.

• 1 lead, DTM-4 Style male to DTM-4 Style male, wired straight through
• Pin 1 12 V, pin 2 ground, pin 3 CAN High, pin 4 CAN Low (Haltech order)
